Spacious and charming - full of character.

This 16th Century house is so well Renovated and Restored
it has been featured in three magazines. Not very far from the village
of St Aubin Fosse Louvain, just South-West of Domfront, La Geraudiere
has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker.
Accommodation
This charming farmhouse is on four levels. Ground floor
entrance at rear to the well equipped fitted kitchen/dining room, 3
steps down to the lower ground floor twin bedroom, with door to rear
courtyard, 1st floor lounge 3steps up from kitchen and also accessible
via the outside stone stairs with TV/Video. On the third floor are the
Master bedroom and one other single bedroom (the other single bedroom
area is on the 2nd floor).
The sleeping accommodation comprises of one double
master bedroom complete with an Oak Four Poster bed, one twin bedded
room and two single bedrooms. The spacious lounge has a wood burning
stove and for the winter months under floor central heating makes this
an ideal holiday cottage (there is a small additional charge for this
facility). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, electric
cooker, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. There is one
shower room with 1x shower, 1 x toilet and 2 x hand basins.
Pool
The 7m x 3m pool is normally heated to between 26°
- 30° Centigrade and opens on to the terrace and courtyard. Plus
there is a large safe children's play area. (The heating for the pool
is included in the rental charge.)
Pets are not permitted at this cottage.
