Description

The cottage sleeps 6 and also our river cruiser moored in St Nicolas des Eaux sleeps 4. Kayaks,dingy,cycles and fishing equipment provided. Private pool with decking with lovely views of the river valley. St Nicolas des Eaux has 4 restuarants and bars also a village shop. Relax in the tranquille surroundings or take the kayaks along the river and enjoy the natural scenery. The opposite side of the river there is a cyle track that goes for miles in both directions.

Location

The cottage is 3 kilometers from the village of Plumeliau where there are 2 supermarkets bars and restuarants. The historic towns of Pontivy and Baud are 10 mins away where there are weekly local markets. The nearest beach of Port Louis is 30 mins and the popular resort of Carnac 40 mins away. A must is the Golfe du Morbihan with its many inlets and islands to visit. Travel north from the cottage there is the Lac de Guerledan approx 8 kilometers long and is the source of the Blavet river.

Accommodation

The cottage has a lounge/diner with a fitted kitchen. Shower room and w/c on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 twins on the first floor. Also a bathroom and w/c. Outside there is a covered barn with table tennis, pool table, darts and a good variety of games and toys for the children. The garden runs down to the river and has a football goal and swings.
