The property boasts 2 free fishing lakes with a very good
range of carp, sturgeon and rudd with a rowing boat available also.
Our own horse riding and carriage rides are based on 15 Euros/ hr. The
pool (with slide) and the sunloungers are shared with our mrenovated
to a high standard comFirst floor. Two spacious double bedrooms both
with double beds 1 with cot, 1 with single bed. Linen included. Bathroom
with shower, wc, sink.
Ground floor. Fully-fitted kitchen, washing machine. Dining area. Bathroom
with corner bath, wc, sink. Cosy lounge with woodburner (we have a solar
panel which makes the gite suitable for winter rental) satellite tv,

Situated in a beautiful rural area excellent for families,
within 10 mins of 2 very large lakes one with beach and lifeguard and
excellent restaurant.
The magnificent historic Abbaye de Melleraye is visible from the property
which has regular visiting hours.We are 30 mins from Ancenis which is
the start of the Loire Valley wine-tasting routes! We are 1�
hours from the stunning Atlantique coast, 2hrs from Puy de Fou an excellent
theme park, 1hr from 2 excellent zoos. Local shops, amenities, great
inexpensive restaurants all within 5-10 mins. Large supermarkets 20
mins,
