Beautiful rural location
Situated in a beautiful rural area excellent for families.
The mobile-home and its sunterrasse has a fabulous view of the 2 free
fishing lakes and open countryside. The lakes are stocked with a very
good range of carp, sturgeon and rudd and a rowing boat is also available.
The pool (with slide) and sun terrasse with sunloungers has also a manificent
view of the two fishing lakes and is situated a stone throw away from
the mobile-home. Our own horse riding and carriage rides are based on
15 Euros/ hr but longer rides, picnics are negotiable.
Bikes are available for bike rides for the surrounding tracks/ countryside.
The magnificent historic Abbaye de Melleraye is visible
from the property which is open regularly for visits. There are 2 other
very large lakes within 10 mins away by car or bike one with beach, life-guard
and snack bar facilities. We are 30 mins from Ancenis and the start of
the Loire Valley and the wine-tasting routes! We are 1�
hours from the stunning Atlantique coast, 2hrs from Puy de Fou an excellent
theme park, 1hr from 2 excellent zoos. Local shops, amenities, great inexpensive
restaurants all within 5-10 mins from the property. Large supermarkets
are 20 mins away.
There are 2 great local markets per week at Chateaubriant and Ancenis
The mobile-home is very comfortable, fully equipped it has
an open lounge/dinning room area, TV, DVD, CD, fully equipped kitchen,
oven, grill, microwave. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other
2 singles with wardrobes in both bedrooms.(Two children can sleep in the
lounge area as the seats turn into a double bed.)The bathroom has a WC,
sink and shower. The moile-home has its own terrasse, garden furniture,
sunloungers and has a fabulous view of the pool, the fishing lakes and
open countryside. It has its own private parking and barbeque area. There
is an open grassed games area just in front of the terrasse. All bed linen,
duvets,T towels provided but not personal towels,
