Accommodation

The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard,theres 2 large bedrooms upstairs,The Master bedroom with double bed,wardrobe,chest of drawers etc,the other bedroom has 2 double beds, chest of drawers etc,theres also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Downstairs there is a double bedroom with enuite shower room, large lounge with 3 sofas, english television,DVD player,(we have a large selection of dvd`s for you to use )music system.
The Large kithchen/Diner has a rayburn for the central heating (winter lets).cooker, washing machine,dishwasher,microwave,toaster,
everything you need for a perfect holiday.The French doors lead out onto the Patio where theres a BBQ,Table and Chairs,over looking your own garden,opposite the cottage is your own private swimming pool (30x15ft) with plenty of sunloungers to relax away the days,

Description

The croft is a very old stone building renovated to a very high standard,it has large rooms and plenty of space,theres 18 acres of private land with a beauitiful gardens, 2 seperate fishing pools the largest having carp up to 25lb,there is a tennis court (we do have a selection of tennis rackets for your use)also a full size pool table.
you can play cricket,hit a golf bal or 2, football,rounders,or just have a leisurly walk around the grounds,for the more adventerous you could walk or cycle the 2klm down to the Creperie have a quiet beer by the lake or you can take the 4klm walk around it.

Location

Hunters Croft is situated in a tiny Hamlet called Le Claray,4 Klm from the picturesque village of St Aubin Des Chateaux,which has a mini market (open sunday mornings),bakers,butchers,Bar,Chemist and a Brocante to browse in.
The Historic town of Chateaubriant is 10klm where you have all the larger supermarkets,and superb resteruants if you dont feel like cooking.A superb Chateau to walk around,local market on Wednesday
Nantes,Rennes about 45mins drive, Angers approx 1 hrs drive, The coast is approx 1 hrs drive,if you dont want the drive to the coast theres a very large lake (Voireau)appox 20mins drive, which has a beach area for the children,peddle boats, and is perfectly safe to swim in
